About These Terms
This website is operated by Southside Heating & Air Conditioning. By using it you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The Information on This Site
We keep this site accurate and current, but the descriptions of equipment, services, manufacturer programs and rebates here are for general information. Equipment specifications and manufacturer and utility programs change, and eligibility for any rebate or incentive is decided by the body offering it, not by us.
Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer to contract. The scope, price and terms of any work are set out in the written estimate we give you for your own home or building, and that estimate is what governs the work — not a page on this website.
Enquiries and Scheduling
Sending a form or leaving a message asks us to get in touch; it does not by itself book an appointment. An appointment exists once we have confirmed a date and time with you directly. We will do our best to respond during office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm).
If you need to change or cancel a visit we have booked, please call us on 952-884-2453 as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Estimates, Work and Warranties
Any warranty on labour or on equipment we install is set out in the paperwork provided with your job, together with the manufacturer’s own warranty on the equipment itself. Manufacturer warranties are offered by the manufacturer and administered under their terms.
Maintenance plan benefits are described in the plan agreement you receive when you enrol, and that agreement is what governs the plan.
Financing, where you choose to use it, is offered by a third-party lender under that lender’s own terms and approval criteria. We do not lend, and approval is the lender’s decision.
Promotions, Rebates and Offers
Offers shown on this site are valid only for the dates and on the conditions stated with them, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or changed. Utility and manufacturer rebates are subject to the program’s own rules, funding and deadlines.
Service Area
We list the communities we serve on our service area page. Whether we can take on a particular job still depends on the work involved and our schedule.
Using This Website
Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated means to submit our forms.
The text, images, logos and layout on this site belong to Southside Heating & Air Conditioning or to the manufacturers whose marks appear here, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Manufacturer and certification marks are the property of their respective owners.

Some links take you to sites we do not operate — a manufacturer, a lender, a review platform, or our social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and their own terms apply once you are there.
