How Our Maintenance Plan Works
1. Join Our Maintenance Plan
One plan, and it covers the equipment you already have — furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps. Everything below is what membership includes; there are no tiers to compare and nothing to work out.
- Two visits a year, timed to the heating and cooling seasons
- 10% off parts needed for service (excluding refrigerant)
- A full tune-up inspection each season
- An extended warranty for customers who maintain their plan
2. Schedule Your First Tune-Up
Contact us to lock in your plan membership and book your first seasonal tune-up. Spring (for cooling season) or fall (for heating season) are ideal timing.
- We’ll confirm your equipment details and any previous service records
- Your technician will arrive on schedule and work around your availability
- Tune-ups typically take 1–2 hours depending on system complexity
3. Receive a Detailed Inspection
Our technician performs a comprehensive system check aligned with manufacturer standards and EPA/NATE guidelines.
- Visual inspection of all components: blower motor, condensing coil, electrical terminals
- Refrigerant charge verification (cooling systems)
- Airflow testing and ductwork inspection where accessible
- Thermostat calibration and programming
