" I'm confident the AC was installed properly and competently. The service people were pleasant and professional. There are two elements that I am not satisfied with: (1) The AC was placed parallel with the house - it's skewed and (2) i have to take time off of work to allow the electrical inspection to be done when I was told it would all be completed on the same day of installation. " Good job on installation. Minor problem - tech forgot to re-light the pilot on water heater. Called in the next morning and they were right out to take care of it."

" in general I am satisfied with the install. Two relatively minor issues. One is that the compressor unit is not level and the second is that a large amount of plumbers putty was used on the sheet metal to plug holes."
