I am very happy with the service I obtain from Southside Heating & Air. If I need a tech onsite. The tech is always courteous and provides me with the info needed to resolve the issue promptly.

Very professional technicians, knowledgeable, quick to figuring out and fixing my problem. Called me back right away the next morning after I left a message the night before when they were closed. Plus they have the best customer service.

Donald Siefert helped me with the filter in my air conditioner. I had bought a new one a couple months ago and had finally tried to replace it by myself, I didn’t know if I put it in right so I gave Southdside a call and Donald picked up. He was very good at explaining and helping me. I will for sure be calling them again if I ever need service on my AC or Heeating!

Extremely satisfied with Southside. After we were rescheduled/delayed/no-call-no-showed three times by the company that installed HVAC for my new build business, Southside came out to help within HOURS. Super professional, did a very thorough job, showed up exactly when they said they would and made sure my clients and staff are comfortable going into these colder months!
