Good morning, 

I wanted to quickly say thank you for the excellent service you provided us this week. Our furnace completely died on Wednesday, and I needed to figure something out quickly because the temperatures were well below zero. I spoke with a service technician (I think it was Keith) around 8:30 Wednesday night, and he said it was probably best to avoid the extra fee of him coming out that night because the 30 year old furnace was most likely beyond repair. So at 8 on Thursday morning, he came and inspected the furnace and said it was not repairable and we needed a new one. He helped me pick one out that suited our needs, and within an hour the install team was there removing the old furnace and putting in the new one. They were extremely courteous and professional, and tried their hardest to not disturb my wife who was home sick with a cold.

 I am extremely happy with the treatment and services we received from Southside. Within 12 hours of our furnace breaking, we had an affordable and efficient replacement. Thank you for everything!

Dear Neighbor, For what it’s worth, the other day I went to get a couple parts for our Aprilaire humidifier and filters for the Honeywell Electronic air cleaner.

The nearest dealer is Southside Heating & Air Conditioning at the corner of Old Shakopee Road and Normandale Blvd. I was so impressed by the service and practical advice given to me by the owner, Don Siefer, I felt compelled to let all my neighbors know Southside is a good resource.

On 1 July 2009, your company sent an outstanding team out ot our home to install a Ruud Air Conditioning Unit. Mike and Mark made the experience very pleasant. They briefed us as they efficiently executed the task. They mentioned things of importance so that we can optimally use the unit. All of our personal requests we stated up front. They were good listeners and without any reminding smoothly included our wishes into the task. They provided suggestions for keeping the unit at maximum efficiency, i.e. how to keep the furnace filter clean and how to keep the outside coils clean of debris and damage during the off-season.

Bryce arrived at the perfect time and completed the electrical work in a friendly and professional manner. They all performed their tasks in a manner that gave us confidence in their knowledge level and their work ethic.

They were fine representatives for Southside Heating and Air Conditioning. If we have to do the work again, we would request this team by name. We have been a satisfied customer of yours since 1988.
